At Incise Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality services. However, if you are not satisfied, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Services:

  • Once design work has commenced, cancellation is not allowed unless mutually agreed upon.
  • If you cancel before work begins, a full refund may be processed.

2. Digital Products:

  • No refunds are available for digital downloads or custom digital products once delivered.

3. Delays or Non-Delivery:

  • In case of non-delivery or excessive delay, you may request a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

4. How to Request:

5. Processing Time:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
